“Shawna, you are one magical human.

Not only did you do my makeup for my wedding, but you also did my makeup for my engagement party and our engagement photoshoot! Needless to say, we became quite familiar with each other and every single time I sat in your chair, you completely blew me away.

My wedding makeup was truly one for the books. We went with a very natural glam look and it was absolutely everything and more that I could have ever wanted. I felt like myself, just the most beautiful version of myself, and that is exactly what I wanted for my wedding day.

But what makes Shawna so special is that it isn’t just about the makeup. All of my bridesmaids raved about how amazing she was and how comfortable and cared for she made them feel. She truly is a fairy godmother on your wedding day!

Shawna is one of the sweetest, most genuine humans I have ever met. You will absolutely not go wrong with booking her for anything makeup related. I feel so lucky that I found you, Shawna, and that you got to be part of so many of our special moments. Thank you for making me feel so beautiful every single time I sat in your chair.”

“I struggled for a while to find the right makeup artist for my wedding day, but as soon as I came across Shawna on social media, I knew I had found the perfect person. From the very beginning to the end, Shawna was absolutely amazing. She was professional, kind, and made the entire experience feel so seamless and enjoyable. Shawna and TC were both so lovely to have with us on the day, and they created such a fun and comfortable atmosphere. Everyone looked and felt amazing, and we received so many compliments on our makeup. I couldn’t recommend Shawna enough for any bride looking for someone talented, caring, and truly passionate about what she does!”

“Shawna was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized and made sure I had all the information I needed leading up to the big day. From my makeup trial to the wedding day itself, everything was absolutely perfect.

My entire bridal party was so happy with how their makeup turned out. It was exactly what we had envisioned. The best part about working with Shawna was how seamlessly she integrated into our group. She brought such a calming, positive energy and truly made the morning even more enjoyable.

I would highly recommend Shawna to anyone looking for a talented, professional makeup artist for their wedding or special event. You will not be disappointed!”

“I don’t have enough words to say how much I appreciated Shawna and TC coming and doing wedding makeup! They made me, my bridesmaids, and the moms feel gorgeous and like themselves. The morning of our wedding felt like hanging out with the girls and they portrayed such calm confidence that made everyone feel at ease. Truly the best of the best. Even with 100mm of rain and an outdoor ceremony our makeup lasted ALL NIGHT LONG! Thank you ❤️”

“Shawna was truly the sweetest and most talented makeup artist I could’ve asked for on my wedding day. From the very beginning, she made the entire booking process so easy and effortless. Her communication was always clear, kind, and prompt.

When I met her at my trial, I instantly knew I was in good hands. She’s incredibly thorough and thoughtful, following up afterward to check if I wanted any tweaks for the big day. The adjustments I asked for were small (like a little more lash and a new lip combo because I’m so indecisive), and she made everything feel simple and stress-free. She even walked me through multiple lip options over email with photos and links so I knew exactly what to get for the perfect wedding day shade.

On the morning of the wedding, Shawna brought such a calm and positive energy. She made my mom and maid of honour feel absolutely gorgeous as well. My own makeup was flawless, and I have never felt more beautiful. It lasted through high winds during photos, happy tears, and dancing all night long. I didn’t want to wash it off at 3am because it still looked PERFECT.

I can’t recommend Shawna enough to any bride looking for someone who is not only incredibly skilled but also the kindest, most genuine person to have by your side on your wedding morning. ”

“Holy smokes I don’t even know what to say. Shawna was absolutely incredible. She’s such a sweet gal to work with and made my wedding day absolutely perfect. I got to see her work during my friend’s wedding last year and just knew she was the one for me this year.

From the trial to the wedding day, she was always there to answer questions and worked so quickly to deliver exactly what I dreamed. I don’t typically wear a lot of makeup, nor does my bridal party, but we all felt so comfortable during the big day and still looked flawless after hours of dancing. She even gave us all touch up kits based on our specific skin requirements which I thought was such a personal and sweet touch.

She also is the biggest type A girly and I so needed that day of. She was so organized, timely, and CLEAN, always taking the necessary precautions to avoid cross contamination. If you’re looking for a MUA, especially for wedding events, look no further!!”

“Shawna did an amazing job on my bridal makeup I seriously cannot recommend her enough!! My bridesmaids and I looked absolutely stunning on my big day and everyone felt so confident and beautiful. She truly brought out everyone’s best features! She is so fun to chat with and I loved sitting in her chair and getting to know her more. She made me feel very comfortable for my trial and walked me through each step of her process and the look I was going for. The little bridal goody bag was the cherry on top! I’m so excited to wear my wedding lipstick again on my anniversary!”

“Shawna did my makeup for my wedding as well as my maid of honours, and two bridesmaids. She was absolutely PHENOMENAL. She is the biggest sweetheart and so so talented. She was thorough and took the time with each of us to figure out what kind of look we wanted. She was very time efficient and even managed to finish ahead of schedule. I did a trial with her a few weeks before and she was able to perfectly create the look that I was hoping for and was so open to making tweaks as needed for the wedding day (although there were hardly any). You can tell she uses high quality products and customizes application to your skin type. She did the same for my MoH and bridesmaids too, they were all so happy with their looks and we spent all day saying to each other “wow Shawna killed it!”. Will definitely be coming back to Shawna for future events :)”

“I had an absolute blast working with Shawna on our wedding day. This is not the first time we’ve worked together and I couldn’t have picked the perfect person to do my wedding make up and for the rest of my bridal party. She is absolutely a master in her craft, and knows exactly what will look good on you. Her make up retention is amazing. I was worried about my make up coming off because of wedding jitters and tears, having an outdoor wedding and all, and she made sure that I was good before she had to leave. The way we connected is truly wonderful. Her personality and professionalism really made me feel confident and beautiful on my wedding day. She is a wonderful person and is amazing at what she does. I highly recommend Shawna for your make up needs, she is truly a wonderful and talented person to work with. “

“Shawna did my wedding makeup a few weeks ago, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience and results. From the very beginning, she truly listened to what I wanted. During the trial, she made sure to ask for feedback and was happy to make any adjustments I requested—nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Leading up to the big day, Shawna stayed in touch and was incredibly organized, which helped everything run so smoothly. On the day of the wedding, both Shawna and her partner did an amazing job on all of us—bridesmaids included. We all felt beautiful and confident thanks to their talent and professionalism.

Highly recommend Shawna to anyone looking for a skilled and genuinely caring makeup artist!”

“Shawna was absolutely wonderful! She really listened to my concerns during my bridal trial and made everything perfect for my wedding day. My three bridesmaids and both moms looked stunning too—everyone felt so beautiful. Shawna is the sweetest and most positive person—truly your ultimate hype girl! She made me feel confident and cared for, and I’m so grateful she was part of my glam team. I couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more talented person to help me get ready for such a momentous occasion.”

“First and foremost, Shawna we adore you! Every single bridesmaid fell in love with their makeup and it lasted all night long. Shawna will not let you leave the chair until you feel ecstatic about the makeup. She is responsive and open to feedback.

I would recommend Shawna to absolutely anyone looking for a MUA. Any occasion. Anytime. Anywhere!”

“As someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup on the regular (mascara and gel in my eyebrows only), I was really trying to find someone who could keep me feeling like myself, just elevated on my wedding day; a Parisian inspired look, something that felt effortless and cool and Shawna NAILED it. She is so attentive, has such high attention to detail, and checks in with you as she goes. She is also a built in hype man! She will have you laughing and engaged through the entire process and make you feel so comfortable.”

“Shawna is an amazing makeup artist and truly a wonderful person. She did my makeup for my wedding! She made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my makeup before leaving my place. Despite the many happy tears throughout the day, my makeup stayed put, and I wasn't oily by the end of the night. Shawna's talent, kind heart, and attention to detail are incredible. I can't recommend her enough!”

“I got to experience Shawna’s amazing talent back in August. She did my bridal makeup and my 3 bridesmaids and we still can’t get over how fantastic it looked! Her email communication since I booked last year has been great. She listened to everything I wanted for my trial and executed any of the changes I wanted for my wedding day.
She was super efficient and we actually finished early, which gave us extra time for touch ups and she even helped my mom with some of her makeup. It lasted all day and I was so sad to take it off at the end of the night. I had so many compliments throughout the whole day of how good my makeup looked.

She is so genuine, kind, and passionate about what she does. I would highly highly recommend you book with her. I hope I have an event in the future where I can get glammed up by her again.”

“Ugh where do I begin??? Shawna is not only insanely gifted with makeup, but she’s also so sweet and gives off instant friend vibes. Her & TC brought such great energy to my wedding morning and made all my girls, my mom and I look beautiful! They really know how to make your features pop and match your makeup look to your style. I got so many compliments and my makeup looked perfect for the whole 14 hours. If I ever need my makeup done again for an event or something, I will 100% be going to Shawna and her team.”
